KeyBank Administrative Assistant / Insurance Services in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Responsible for administrative and operations support to insurance senior leadership/management and ageny employees. Provides support to internal and external clients as needed.


  • Supports 3 senior leaders/managers by coordinating meetings, schedules, travel plans, and projects.

  • Backup Executive Assistant to Managing Director & Senior Executive of Insurance as needed with scheduling, travel plan assistance, and general administrative duties.

  • Backup Area Operations Manager with covering location switchboard, mail distribution, and location projects.

  • Assist Marketing Team

  • GRC Tester for KIB Risk Compliance

  • Liaison with Key Foundation

  • Organize volunteer programs and schedules of participation

  • Process supply orders as needed

  • Location accounts payable expense review and approval, liason with Key Account Payable

  • Run adhoc and scheduled reports out of AMS as necessary.

  • Organize Key/KIB functions as needed


  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience

  • Insurance experience a plus

  • 2 years of project management experience

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in Microsoft Oiffce Suite

Ability to learn and train Key Corporate systems as necessary
