We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Water Infrastructure Group located in Tempe, AZ .
Administrative support for contracts
Contract generation through the use of templates
Recording and maintaining applicant flow log sheets, OFFCP compliance
Tracking and maintaining records for purchasing and materials
General office skills/duties
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven organizational skills
Highly desired: Bachelor's Degree in business or like discipline
