This position provides administrative support to the Branch Manager and is the afternoon receptionist. This position’s duties would include but not be limited to: processing and tracking expense reports; coordinate branch meetings and training; prepare agendas and meeting materials; composes correspondence and documents; notes commitments made by the Branch Manager during meetings and arranges for implementation; arranges and coordinates travel and meeting schedules; filing and retrieving information; and answers telephone calls and greets clients.
Associate certificate (2-year college) or equivalent work experience; expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quicken; displays strong judgment and decision-making skills; understands the need for confidentiality at all levels of work; knowledge of office equipment (copiers, fax, scanners, computers, printers, phone system); ability to serve as primary contact to and communicate with internal/external clients; ability to multi-task, prioritize, follow-up to ensure deadlines are met; excellent problem solving skills; event planning.
