Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist.Overview:The Email Marketing Specialist manages email campaign development, review and execution including content coordination, template management, testing, optimization, production workflow, scheduling, segmentation, quality assurance, and reporting. The Specialist works with internal clients to gather email assets while following direction from marketing to deploy email campaigns. The candidate ensures that subject lines, copy, and other content supports the strategic segment messaging, is engaging, and incorporates best practices in order to create successful campaigns, while ensuring compliance with email and mobile industry best practices. The individual must have meticulous attention to detail, and be able work smoothly with other team members to bring creative assets to life and make recommendations for improvement.Key Results Responsibilities:

  • Create and administrate comprehensive email campaigns and recurring global email programs

  • Build and maintain email templates and recommend design and layout changes to email templates as appropriate, taking into account mobile readership

  • Maintain communication with internal clients, providing prompt answers to requests

  • Manage workflows for delivery management, campaign setup, and approval processes across multiple platforms for internal clients

  • Communicate new features, platform changes and procedural changes to key stakeholders

  • Test campaigns, making sure they render with clients

  • Monitor deliverability and help to remediate blocks or IP issues

  • Reinforce industry and company standards for email marketing

  • Track progress of campaigns and update stakeholders during meetings

  • Document company standards and practices

  • Help to create customer lifecycle campaigns

  • Consult with stakeholders for quality assurance

  • Manage all email list generation activities and oversee the health of each list

  • BS/BA in business, marketing, communication or related field is required

  • Email marketing experience required, preferably 2 years

  • Extensive experience with major ESPs, such as SilverPop/IBM Marketing Cloud, MailChimp and ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Solid knowledge of current email and mobile standards, compliance regulations, and email/mobile best practices

  • Ability to build and maintain good rapport with external vendors and key stakeholders and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness
