External Job Description:


The newly created position of Digital Conversion Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing programs that drive shopper conversion and basket sales on-line and in the on-line/brick & mortar crossover channels. Experience leading creative agency resources, delivering high ROI programs and a proven ability to build relationships with customers will be critical success factors in this role.

Complexity of Role :

  • Proven ability to develop innovative conversion driving marketing programs in both the digital and brick and mortar channels

  • Ability to juggle numerous projects at one time with excellent project management skills

  • Must be able to build relationships and influence decision internally and at our key customers

  • Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and search optimization

  • Must have the ability to convert insights into executable shopper programs on-line

Key Outputs :

  • Develops and executes eCommerce marketing programs

  • Manages the development of digital brand/portfolio assets that customers can leverage to drive growth in their eCommerce business

  • Creates/maintains pool of eCommerce marketing agencies and establishes/tracks key performance metrics

  • Works with brand digital marketing team to “spin” assets into eCommerce conversion driving programs

  • Works with eCommerce Strategy and Insights team to execute annual operating plan and owns the marketing activation calendar by retailer/partner for all conversion driving programs

Experience :

College graduate with 5-7 years relevant experience that should include:

  • Proven success in developing eCommerce marketing programs in the B2B and B2C

  • Strong agency management experience and proven ability to deliver world class outputs

  • Sales/marketing experience with major CPG companies and/or agency experience a plus

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Track record of success in:

  • In-store search

  • Influencer marketing

  • Traffic driving in digital space

  • Digital/Brick and Mortar crossover program development
