Purpose & Objective of Position

The Global Sponsorships communications team aims to tell the in-depth technology stories of our expansive portfolio of partnerships through marketing, social media, and traditional media outlets. The Global Sponsorships communications team focuses on awareness, perceptions and messaging through PR, influencers, internal communications and social media – making us one of the accelerators of SAP’s digital transformation agenda.

Expectations & Tasks

  • Traditional & Digital Communications plans for internal and external audiences (Blogs, infographics, messaging, FAQ, videos, etc.)

  • Social Calendars

  • Work cross functionally with agencies and other communications teams

  • Support activations and other major events

  • Partner with sponsorship managers to learn the business side of global sponsorships

Skills / Competencies

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Graphic Design Skill

  • Language skills: Fluent in English

  • Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude

Educational Requirements

  • Current student at a university

  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Sports & Entertainment, related fields
