Our mission is to drive business growth through strategic, relevant and actionable insights that are well grounded in customer understanding and business acumen.The Global Strategic Research team comprises high performing individuals with strong research competencies and backgrounds in financial services and other industries.The Associate Manager,Intermediary Insights will be an important member of the Audience Insights Team responsible for infusing macro trends and employer-specific knowledge into GSRs approach and thought process to generating insights. This individual will be the subject matter expert on Intermediaries (financial professionals and advisors), critical audiences for Prudential, and serve as a trusted advisor to the business-facing Research Consultants on the macro trends and existing knowledgebase on employers. They will partner with the Research Consultants to deliver insights and storytelling that weaves together the Intermediary viewpoint with the business needs.ROLE DESCRIPTIONElevate the relevance and impact of insights generated from research projects by providing the Intermediary context through every step of the research value chain.Collaborate with Research Consultants to fine tune research objectives and design survey instruments with Intermediaries in mind.Interpret data through the Intermediary lens, complement primary research data with secondary intelligence to arrive at audience-centric insights that solve for the business objectives.Evangelize the importance of an externally-focused audience perspective in how we frame and diagnose business issues, as well as how we message, communicate, and approach solutions.Work with the Director of Audience Insights to develop a learning plan about Intermediaries and stay abreast of all published research and the latest trends impacting Intermediaries.Support the Director of Audience Insights on all facets of programmatic Intermediary-based research initiatives designed to serve as a key knowledgebase and source of thought leadership for the company.VEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran ReferralsEOE -Veteran /Disabled/Minority/AA/F/M/SO
