SMBC Part Time Administrative Assistant - Bilingual Japanese/English in New York, New York
SMBC is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the President of SMBC Capital Markets, Inc. and to the senior members for the CM Marketing team. This is a part time role (less than 30 hours per week).
Travel and expense management
Coordination of meetings/dinners
Communicate effectively with other departments including SMBC Americas Division and Tokyo Head Offices
Answer phones promptly and courteously
3-5 years of administrative experience supporting senior level professionals at a bank or financial institution.
Ability to read and speak both English and Japanese is essential.
