Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation of sales collateral and member engagement materials, such as sales tools, welcome kits, newsletters, member portal, fitness rewards program, birthday emails, member mailings, etc.

  • Assist with the development of digital and traditional advertising executions, such as TV commercials, out of home advertising, print ads, banner and display ads, SEO in order to increase market share in targeted areas

  • Support member retention efforts across multiple lines of business

  • Conduct competitor marketing analysis and provide suggestions for new opportunities

  • Work in collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Demonstration of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and projects, delivering high quality output and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to work in teams and establish good working relationships

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically: using Excel to create reports, charts and graphs; using PowerPoint to create tables and graphs using data from external sources; using Outlook to manage team’s shared calendars

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Marketing, Business, Communications or Advertising

  • Experience with creating Marketing collateral and/or campaign execution.

  • Healthcare industry experience, such as health insurance, pharmaceutical, hospital, or MLTC

  • Capable of articulating conclusions and defending opinions in a persuasive manner when warranted with well-developed data-driven analysis that establishes trust

  • Highly motivated self-starter and result orientated

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills
