A minimum of four to five years experience preferred; the Associate Director work closely with different team including planning and strategy to find the correct solutions This individual should have a strong understanding of tools in the media analytics and research space, and will become familiar with internal modeling and technology offerings to recognize project opportunities and help interpret results. The Associate Director leads a mid-to-large size team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience running different modeling projects and have an interest in mentoring and developing their team members, in addition to ensuring deliverables are met. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities revolve around providing thought leadership with regards to clients measurement strategies specifically in the individual level analysis/ Multi touch attribution: Lead & Manage teams specifically digital attribution projects Build and mentor a team of analysts and managers Manage internal (Mindshare) and external client relationships to guide the Marketing Sciences engagements Training internal and external teams on different modeling approaches and softwares Mastery of proprietary Mindshare/GroupM tools and systems Lead advanced analytic requests involving log file data or other large datasets Lead the team in developing long-term Measurement Roadmaps, bespoke to each client Have experiences working with Log files and big data while running digital attribution projects Systems & Tools: Experience with most of the following tools required: Experience leading digital attribution projects using customize algorithm to compare last touch vs customized attribution. Experience using languages such as SQL, R, Python Experience using different machine learning algorithm for problem solving Experience with Big data platform is a plus ( Hadoop, using Hive, Spark, etc., ) Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Data Visualization: Tableau, D3, Web base platform Web Analytics: Omniture, Google Analytics Ad Servers: DoubleClick, Sizmek, MediaMind, PointRoll, Atlas Qualifications: Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences is preferred Minimum of four to five years experience preferred Experience running digital attribution, familiarity for market mix modeling & other machine learning techniques Experience managing a team Strong analytic and problem solving skills Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables
