A non-profit organization in Center City Philadelphia is looking for part time Administrative support. This Administrative Assistant will be responsible for calling and coaching teams, supporting Philadelphia staff with logistics, assisting with planning events and speaking with their volunteers and donors. The Administrative Assistant should have a detail oriented phone presence, and strong customer service experience. Event planning and logistics is also a plus.
