Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in NEW YORK, New York

An established midtown company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the office. This position is Temp to Perm. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors, calendar management, travel arrangements, client relations, directly supporting managers, extensive project work utilizing MS Office, and other basic office duties. Ideal candidate is someone who is sharp, eager to learn, can multi-task, has the ability to work independently, as well as with others at all levels within the company. Must have previous experience as an administrative assistant and intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
