JR. Administrative Assistant A Midtown based company is currently seeking an entry level Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience. This position is temporary to full time for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include but not limited to meet and greet clients, handle all incoming calls and transfer to proper personnel, take messages, prepare new hire packages, receive and distribute mail/packages, as well as other general office duties. As front desk Junior Administrator you are expected to be courteous and polite. Ideal candidate is someone who has 2+ years of experience, can multi-task and has the ability to work independently as well as with others at all levels within the company.
