Job Description:

Position Overview

  • This role is primarily responsible for leading specific strategic marketing programs globally. The desirable candidate will have familiarity working within the matrix, along with knowledge of all business functions. Ideally, the individual will have knowledge of upstream and downstream marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and guides project/program solution plan for very complex strategic programs.

  • Leads the project/program management role (definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management)

  • Identifies resource needs and develops justification.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans

  • Upstream and downstream marketing activities

  • Working with other internal and external business partners

  • Responsible and accountable for overall success of project

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Graduate Degreewith +10 years’ experience , upstream, downstream, and program management/marketingin the healthcare industry preferably Ultrasound

  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills

  • Business acumen

  • Expertise in handling complex business arrangements

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Project management skills; advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to deal with last-minute changes and deadlines while showing grace under pressure

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in customer relationship management and OEM

  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and to freely give and receive feedback

  • Ability to create an environment of positive change

  • Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area

  • Demonstrates understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, andperformance management
