The Director, Customer Experience Marketing Product Development Leader will be a critical member of the Customer Experience Technology leadership team partnering to develop and deliver world-class products and services benefiting our customers and employees. As a CxT product development leader you will help to develop a seamless end-to-end customer experience that eliminates current pain points and establishes new "wow" experiences that surprise and delight customers by leveraging different tools, platforms and applications across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be customer centric, have a sound understanding of marketing technologies, products, services, and a proven history driving results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and execution for Marketing Technology within the Customer Experience Technology domain

  • Demonstrated ability to lead both Product management and Development leadership roles

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality software products that deliver business results preferably in enterprise applications

  • Ensure that marketers are well versed and are leveraging the full capabilities of our marketing technology to develop E2E customer experiences to acquire, retain, and foster long-term profitable relationships

  • Serve as the internal champion for marketing technology initiatives and adoption of marketing technologies, evangelize marketing technology and best practices

  • Work with key stakeholders in multiple business groups to identify the right domain service opportunities and put together a strategy to go forward

  • Influence a strong set of leaders that can drive success for the individual business development teams

  • Communicate effectively across multiple organizations to ensure that the teams are completely aligned to the objectives and can do the job effectively

  • Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers and other key stakeholders that can help smooth execution

  • Interact with a cross-functional team and drive customer experience strategy and best practice to implement applications, platforms while maintaining a cohesive end to end experience

  • Strong passion and hands-on product experience

  • Drive people, process, and technology initiatives to optimize the Customer experience end-to-end

  • Bring outside-in thinking and perspectives to the problems we are solving across Intuit.

  • Quickly make prioritization calls to ensure the right outcomes are enabled within the right time horizons

  • Lead the Marketing Product Management and Development practice for CxT – Vision / Ideal state, backlog management, roadmaps, business alignment, development, implementation, release and deployment

  • Develop a team of high performing product managers and engineers, set the bar

  • Experience working with remote teams across multiple locations

  • Inspires team members and Business Units to adopt a design thinking mindset

  • Computer Sc. / Engineering degree with 12 – 15 years of product management and engineering experience in the software product industry. …Master preferred

  • Strong business acumen, able to align business strategies to technology capabilities

  • A strong technology background coupled with experience in making the right tradeoffs that balance the short and long

  • Proven ability to lead and influence large distributed product development efforts fueling business and consumer ecosystems

  • Proven experience with industry technologies within the following domains: Marketing, Data, Customer Experience, Customer Journey

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality innovative software service products to market that deliver business results

  • A laser focus on outstanding business outcomes with effective and fast decision making that takes into account the interests of all three key stakeholders – employees, customers and shareholders

  • Must be very comfortable/expert with Agile and related methodologies to accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk
