Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in MOON TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania

Administrative Assistant Needed! Our client, located in the Moon area, is in immediate need of an Administrative Assistant. This candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients, so excellent communication skills and strong phone skills are a must. This position will be part time, at least 12 days per month, from 8:45am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities will include: -answering phone calls and taking messages -scheduling appointments -arranging catering orders -data entry -ordering office supplies -creating templates and documents -taking payments -clerical tasks, such as scanning, faxing, and copying -processing mail -additional tasks as needed. Candidate must have previous administrative support experience, and medical terminology knowledge would be a plus. The client exclusively uses Mac products, so familiarity with Apple operating systems is preferred. The candidate must have outstanding organizational skills, be able to think quickly in a number of situations, and be able to work with a small, close-knit team.
