The reason these 4 bilingual Mandarin administrative assistant positions are open is because this company is THE industry leader and growing fast! Three of the VP's have been approved to bring on an administrative assistant, and they are willing to pay well! For the three direct-full-time administrators that will be supporting the VP's, the pay range is $38,000 to $50,000 plus bonus! Additionally, and for the fourth position, the CEO is in search of a bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese Executive Assistant, and this position will pay between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on experience. What is important for you to know is that I have spent time visiting this company, speaking with the managers, and getting to know the culture, and I can say without hesitation that it's one of the most impressive companies that I have ever visited in the San Gabriel Valley! Some of the responsibilities of these administrative positions include:- Heavy calendaring and event planning- Making lodging and dining arrangements for the executive team- Tracking and Processing Expense Reports- Creating Excel reports to track information relative to sales and marketing efforts- Typing email correspondence - Taking meeting minutes- Answering phone calls and taking messages on behalf of the executive- Being a friendly face and warm extension for the clients to engage with Requirements:- The entire team expressed to me that it's important for each administrative assistant to be friendly, engaging, and outgoing! - Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong skills within the Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook- You need to have some administrative experience, but if you are talented and have strong computer skills, they're willing to give you a chance!- Proactive while taking initiatives I mentioned, this company is growing fast, an industry leader, and they know how to take care of their employees!
