EOE/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities OVERVIEW This role will provide day to day support, and execution for General Mills owned digital platforms including evolution and enhancement of current sites, mobile and social spaces. Key deliverables include increasing the reach, frequency, and engagement of the platform through planning and integration of unique content and user experiences. Total visits, unique visits, average monthly visits per visitor, and average content views and actions per visit are all key management metrics for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the lead Manager in flawlessly executing the vision and strategy for world class owned media and publishing efforts on owned digital platforms including web sites, social, email and mobile/apps. * Execute annual platform business and user experience plans across digital platforms. * Support the execution of multi-channel digital marketing plans to grow scale and share of voice * Manage day to day platform operations against strategic plan * Manager day to day agency/partner relationships delivered on website inclusive of search, site navigation, related content, coupon usage, etc. * Manage and prioritize SEO optimizations * Develop and execute site-specific testing and optimization plan, briefs, results, and reporting to improve user experience and engagement. Partner on cross-platform testing plans. * Responsible for in-depth business performance analysis, recommendations, and reporting including key performance indicators, and diagnostics such as traffic mix, etc. Provide cross functional team high level site and project based performance reporting via web analytic tools like Google Analytics and Spotify reports. * Oversee and prioritize website-schedule including user experience, platform pipeline prioritization and spirit planning, and design with cross functional team. * Support optimization of support of member conversion tactics and monetization efforts * Identify, share and apply industry marketing best practices via strong external focus. * Manage platform budget and invoicing and service as a liaison for finance department. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors Degree * 5-7 Years of digital marketing experience required * Ability to develop and execute website - specific testing and optimizations * Ability to navigate complex digital and social world to make strategic recommendations * Consumer empathy * Ability to manage relationships, influence agency partners and work collaboratively.
