Kelly Services is seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity as an Administrative Assistant with a Fortune 500, global, chemical manufacturing company in Midland, MI! This role will be with the Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) Team supporting EHS techs and specialists that develop and implement safety programs for over 3,500 employees and contractors residing at MACF.

Responsibilities:

Administrative support for MACF EHS Primary support for leaders in the areas of calendaring, travel, meeting preparation, expense reporting Primary support for MACF EHS Team Manage Safety Group Membership and distribution lists

Requirements:

Must be able to use excel formulas to enter and manipulate data Must be able to work out solutions to daily scheduling challenges and work collaboratively with team members Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Responsible and dependable; ability to work with minimal supervision Understands and recognizes priorities, deadlines and has a sense of urgency; ability to manage stress and workload in fast paced environment Exhibits initiative and takes an enthusiastic pro-active approach to work Provide security access for the MACF EHS file share Keep the file share in a well-organized structure according to operating discipline Opportunity to participate on the MACF EHS Ergo Leadership Team provide ergonomic evaluations to MACF residents Opportunity to participate on the MACF EHS Safety Warden Leadership Team

Required qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role Proficient in Productivity tools (Microsoft office, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, File share management, Webex, etc.) Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to adapt to changing and conflicting priorities Must be able to multi task Quick Learner Must be able to maintain and handle confidential information Must be comfortable speaking with all levels of employees

Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Associate degree or higher preferred
