Client in Miami Lakes is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Duties include: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Handle office calendar
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Position is paying 12/hr, can pay up to $15/hr once permanent If interested, e-mail resume to Sawsan.firstname.lastname@example.org
