Client in Miami Lakes is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Duties include: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Travel arrangements

  • Handle office calendar

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Position is paying 12/hr, can pay up to $15/hr once permanent If interested, e-mail resume to Sawsan.moussa@roberthalf.com
