Job Description:

Regional eMarketing LeaderRoleOBJECTIVE: Design, plan, execute and optimize digital marketing strategies to achieve Brand and Business objectives, to resonate with 3M audiences in the digital ecosystem in Latin America:

  • Working together & close with Regional Brand (Marketing & Communication Managers) and Business Owners (Business Developer Managers) in order to understand needs and transform into relevant digital programs.

  • Design, plan, execute and optimize regional brand activations and always on activities in the digital ecosystem according to brand and business needs:

  • Paid Search

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Social Media

  • Digital content marketing (content adaptation/generation/curation, promotion, optimization, reporting)

  • eMail Marketing

  • Display Advertising

  • Website creation/optimization

  • Apps (if applies)

  • eLearning

  • Lead generation

  • Lead digital agencies, subject matter experts (SMEs), media agencies, media partners and technical teams (Digital Marketing Operations) to achieve goals on time and with the right amount of resources.

  • Measure, track and tag all digital activities with the right tools in order to guarantee reporting performance and optimization.

  • Centralize digital marketing operations and report performance to takeholders (Local Marketing, Local Business Unit Manager, Local Country Business Leader, Local Managing Director, regional and global teams).

  • Capitalize learnings from audience online behavior and apply to new communication activities, as well as communicate to key stakeholders.

  • Define requirements to build and optimize digital properties according to objectives.

  • Generating demand of the right audience to the right property to the right content with the right shared purpose.

  • Capitalizing global assets, auditing if they apply to the regional direction/strategy and replicating in the region.

  • Together with digital management team, determine how success looks like (Goals + KPIs).

  • Have an open communication with local teams in order to identify killer issues of operation (Language, legal, cultural, regulatory, product availability).

Digital responsibilities to build brand:

  • Adapt communication umbrella into digital marketing communication activations and always on activities:

  • Graphic digital guidelines: website styles, videos, photography, ads, etc

  • Align brand house, brand essence, brand personality, tone of voice into all digital executions.

  • Identify KPIs that are related to brand building and optimize accordingly.

Digital responsibilities to drive business:

  • Understand regional & local business priorities: product portfolio, countries, cities, accounts.

  • Build digital activities focused on business priorities.

  • Work with eCommerce teams to facilitate A++ content, demand to eRetailers and where to buy product information.

  • Execute eCategory Management within all activities.

  • Cross-analyze data from sales and other marketing activities to identify effectiveness of digital investments and impact.
