Summary:

Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) teams. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Menlo Park, HQ Office.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the HR leader for members of the GMS teams to assist with HR, people, and team support

  2. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization

  3. Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  4. Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth

  5. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business

  6. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors

  7. Partners closely with regional/international HR partners on global strategy and execution

  8. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  9. Manage the overall Performance Summary Cycle process and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  10. Working with our Employee Relations Partners, Oversee employee relations issues as needed

  11. Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of HR experience

  2. 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner

  3. Demonstrated project management/change management skills

  4. Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment

  5. Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills

  6. Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

  7. BA/BS degree

  8. An understanding of the technology or Internet business

  9. Previous management experience required

  10. Experience helping global organizations scale required
