Position Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant II you will be exposed to all aspects of the dealership. You will work closely with your team and with customers throughout the sales, inventory and operations of the business. This is the perfect opportunity to work within a fast paced environment where you will play a key role within your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Assist Sales Manager and Finance Manager with closing deals

  • Process titles and loaner agreements

  • Process, review and submit customer documents

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports

  • General filing & scanning duties and ordering

  • Explain CPI insurance to customers

  • Establish Passtime Accounts

  • Manage referrals

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to repossessions

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months experience preferred

  • Face-to-Face sales/customer service related experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

  • Phone etiquette skills

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Detail oriented with good quality assurance skills

  • MS Office skills a plus

  • Navigate through multiple software windows

  • Able to meet deadlines
