We are looking for a Direct Marketing Program Manager who can successfully lead a team to develop marketing campaigns to educate members on ways they can save money and improve their health behaviors.
The Direct Marketing Program Manager will work side-by-side with our Pharmacy and Consumer Group partners to identify business goals for our outreach, develop innovative strategies to meet those objectives, lead the marketing team through flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts.
Responsibilities As a Direct Marketing Program Manager you will:
Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports
Lead a cross-functional team to develop communications strategies and implement campaigns
Play a leading role with other team members to achieve the business goals of Humana Pharmacy Solutions
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer analytics and competitive intelligence
Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, and show attention to detail while managing multiple high-profile programs.
Continuously improve our campaigns by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform.

- Role Essentials *
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
Demonstrated leadership ability
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve business goals
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and implement projects/campaigns
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications related field (marketing leadership, project management, business strategy, etc.)
Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions
Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment
Master’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
Additional Information This role reports to the Manager of Enterprise CRM - Pharmacy, within Consumer Marketing and Data Analytics.
