SURKUS Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

In 2 years we have worked with 750+ brands, delivered crowds to 4,000+ events and have grown to 150,000+ members (users).

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. This is an exciting time to join Surkus. We have recently closed our Series A and we are launching our international expansion this fall.

This person will be supporting the marketing team and working across a variety of marketing initiatives such as paid and organic social media, trade show planning and execution, webinars, travel arrangements, maintaining the marketing calendar and weekly status report, data collection, data entry, and managing vendors.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in a startup or agency

  • MUST have a successful track record of running paid user acquisition campaigns across social media networks and in depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager

  • Experience managing social media channels across Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook

  • Launched and managed email campaigns

  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize changing action items.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Keynote and Excel

  • Working knowledge of design programs and copy writing/editing skills is helpful, but not required

  • Familiar with marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
