Robert Half Office Team Jr. Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California
A chocolate company in Hollywood is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant for around 30 hours per week. Job duties include entering orders into their online system, phone and email correspondence with customers, ordering office supplies, double checking pricing and skew #'s, and completing purchase orders and invoices. Job duties also include working with FedEx, sending out shipments, and any other administrative duties as assigned. OfficeTeam is looking for a friendly and organized candidate with high attention to detail. Experience with purchase orders is a plus. For the right candidate, this position could go temporary to full time and would pay up to $17/hr.
