Kforce Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California

Kforce has a client in search of an Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be supporting the West Coast RE Acquisitions team and the Financial team. Duties:

  • Booking travel reservations

  • Processing related expense reports

  • Downloading property information from various broker websites

  • Marking up and submitting signed Confidentiality Agreements and related Riders

  • Reserving telepresence rooms as needed

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and managing calendars

  • Proficiently uses word processing software packages
