Job Summary: This Administrative Assistant covers the Front Desk, greets customers, and answers phones, works alongside other staff and perform a variety of administrative, clerical and basic finance tasks. Assisting in day-to-day operations while providing superior customer service to the firm's prospects, clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of office/administrative experience. Required Skills, Experience & Qualities: Successful candidates will have strong administrative skills and experience; be very detail oriented and organized; be very comfortable corresponding with customers via phone and email and have strong writing skills for composing customer correspondence. Selected candidate must be able to pass the Series 6 and 65 tests (paid by the employer).
