  • Experienced in using statistical software for analysis of market research data and development of regression and other multivariate models.

  • Experience with using demographic data in retail market, site analysis or marketing research.

  • Experienced in working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

  • Project management experience.

  • Ability to develop databases.

  • Ability to perform statistical, mathematical and financial modeling.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and statistical applications.

  • Familiarity with application of GIS and spatial analysis technology in market research environment.
