Previous experience of statistical and site research experience in a retail or related environment.
Experienced in using statistical software for analysis of market research data and development of regression and other multivariate models.
Experience with using demographic data in retail market, site analysis or marketing research.
Experienced in working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Project management experience.
Ability to develop databases.
Ability to perform statistical, mathematical and financial modeling.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and statistical applications.
Familiarity with application of GIS and spatial analysis technology in market research environment.
