Bank of the Ozarks Fair Lending Marketing Specialist in Little Rock, Arkansas

Essential Job Functions:
1.Develops and composes effective, measurable marketing plans and proposals for each AA.
2.Constantly evaluates marketing plans to ensure effectiveness with the ability to make changes as data suggests.
3.Develops advertising assets to support marketing plans.
4.Regular reports on marketing plans and outcomes to Marketing Director and/or SVP/Marketing.
5.Works with third party, local AA marketing resources to determine most effective ways to reach segments (as needed).
6.Works with local lenders to reach realtor audiences.
7.Develops in-hand marketing collateral for lenders and other bank market personnel.
8.Coordinates with internal media planner to develop effective advertising plans and schedules.
9.Maintains regular communication with local market leaders, managers and lenders regarding plans and changes to plans.
10.Partners with internal Community Development personnel to assist with local initiatives designed to reach segments though events, sponsorships and other community-related functions.
11.Leverages marketing components of EverFi service.
12.Ensures all communications and collateral, etc. are approved by Compliance.
13.Provides support with general administrative tasks as needed.
14.Works within marketing budget at all times.
15.Maintains high levels of accountability and dependability.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1.Ready knowledge of marketing with special emphasis in reaching primarily minority and low-to-moderate income audience segments.
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4.Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
5.Excellent time management skills.
6.Ability to communicate status of projects clearly and promptly when asked.
1.High school diploma or equivalent required.
2.College degree in related field preferred.
3.One (1) year of work experience in digital marketing, including social platforms preferred.
4.Two (2) years of work experience in marketing and/or banking environment required.
Equipment Used in Job Performance/Working Environment:
1.Personal computer with Microsoft suite of products, including Word and Excel.
