Marketing Manager needed for multi-specialty health care clinic with a 107-year tradition of compassionate patient care and community investment. Duties: Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and programs aligned with the clinic's strategic objectives and vision. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Coordinate community and charitable events (health fairs, parades, community fairs, high school-university activities, etc.) Produce departmental and patient informational brochures and oversee direct marketing activities. Oversee clinic's online presence (clinic web site, social media sites, etc.) Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results. Determine and manage the marketing budget. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or health care. 5-7 years of marketing experience; health care promotion experience preferred. Knowledge of marketing concepts including marketing strategies, competitive analysis, market research, product development, marketing communications, and public relations. Detailed knowledge of platforms and tools, including social media, website, and SEO. Skill in development of marketing strategies and marketing analyses. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for multiple online and print platforms.
