  • Preparation of short internal reports and letters

  • Booking of travel accommodations between Vancouver Victoria

  • Printing ad preparation of background material for council or public hearings

  • Meeting and Schedule Management for Senior Staff members

  • Help manage emails and work related schedules

  • Help arrange / stage various meetings and specials events

  • Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and travel to Victoria (day trips)

  • Administratively supports multiple Executives.

Requirements: Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years' experience in a Senior Administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Must be comfortable coordinating and communicating with all levels of the organization, to include Senior Executives.

  • Ability to use sound judgement to identify and proactively accomplish tasks.

  • Experience working in the Architectural Engineering industry a plus.

  • Must be a skilled multi-tasker with a positive attitude and the desire to work in a high energy, fast paced, growth environment.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
