Position Mission: Provide effective and efficient administrative support toLeaders at Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagel Support Center. Make excellentcustomer service to both internal and external customers a priority. EnhancesLeaders effectiveness by providing information management support;representing the Leaders to others.Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Provides effective administrative support including preparing documents,managing calendars, and responding to phone calls and messages in aprofessional, timely and organized manner.Projects a strong professional presence, exceptional communication skills,and proactive attitude.Works closely with all levels of the organization and use independentdecision-making and judgment to resolve administrative issues.Maintains appointment schedule of Executives by planning and schedulingmeetings, conference calls and travel.Coordinates travel, hotel and all tasks associated with supporting theExecutives while away on business.Constructively addresses problems and issues as they arise to find acceptableand practical solution based on knowledge of the company's policies andpractices.Conserves time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence;drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;initiating telecommunications.Represents the company by speaking on behalf of the Executives to customers,business contacts and others requesting information about the company.Maintains customer (internal & external) confidence and protectsoperations by keeping information confidential.Independently compose correspondence, track data and provide reporting toappropriate departments in the organization.Prepares a variety of business presentations using Power Point and othertechnologies.Intermediate user of Excel, Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Office.Schedules meetings/calls, preparing and distributing agendas, andarranging food delivery for meetings.Coordinates travel, hotel, meals, meeting space, expenses and alltasks associated with meetings and other special conferences.RequiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Great, positive attitude.Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.Clear written and verbal communications.Good time management skills.Ability to work independently and proactively; demonstrates initiative.Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidential information.Adhere to company policies, programs, and work rules.Perform work in a timely and professional manner.Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.Able to take direction and follow through multi-step projectsteps/procedures consistently.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced work environment.Education/Training/Experience:Required:Ability to manage the responsibilities for and accept direction from more thanone supervisor.1 years of previous relevant work experienceMust be a quick-starter, able to work at a fast pace, and possessimpeccable follow through.Preferred:Bachelor's degree preferred.Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointpreferred.Physical Demands:The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts,and moves intermittently during working hours.
