Hyatt Assistant Marketing Communication Manager in KUANTAN, Malaysia

Description:

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this position requires a dynamic and confident leadership style to lead the planning, coordination and execution of marketing and communication strategies that will help position the Hyatt Regency brand in South East Asia market and Malaysia in particular.

Key Responsibilities include implementing effective communication strategies in relations to hotel collateral and publications, manage Hyatt Regency Kuantan’s Public Relations and global brand image in the market place, Manage all internal and external graphics related to the hotel, build strong relationships at all levels across a diverse cross-functional environment, develop an annual communications plan, manage all inquiries relating to promotional requests, manage all digital and social media platform communications and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position and role. Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
  • Strong background in public relations, content writing & internal & external communication.
  • Knowledge of online marketing, analytical skills and know how to translate data into profitable action is necessary.
