Leads a support team that provides marketing, research and administrative support to a Team of 3 sales professionals. Creates and executes marketing program, client project management, creates sales proposals and RFP responses, manages adhoc research projects, among other general administrative duties. Must have strong PowerPoint (or Indesign), Excel, and writing abilities. Must be able to learn new software quickly.


  • Maintains CBRE brand, product, office, and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce and manage marketing materials including flyers, proposals, maps, other marketing packages

  • Assist in preparing and co-ordination with the sales team all listing pitches, proposal and marketing pieces.

  • Creating and managing ongoing research projects

  • Leading team meetings and strategy sessions by providing agendas and taking meeting minutes

  • Manage property underwriting for valuation and marketing purposes (Income and Expense, Profit and Loss, rents roll, etc)

  • Creation of a marketing plan that will included items such as Quarterly newsletters, annual reports, social media articles, etc.

  • Provided a client project management platform that will include transaction management, marketing or properties, reporting letters and client communications

  • Provide all necessary supporting documentation to complete deal voucher forms and process payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws.

  • Responds to general inquiries and provides information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality of Sales, Marketing, Client and proprietary information and data in all communications.

  • Organizes and maintains digital filing system, file correspondence and other records.

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales team members.

  • May attend Sales team meetings to record meeting minutes or action items.

Other duties may be assigned.


2 – 5 years’ experience providing marketing and administrative support to sales professionals. Work experience in Sales, Marketing or Finance environment preferred. Graduate from a post-secondary education program with preference given to Commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing.


Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles applicable to an investment real estate transaction. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as net income, percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis of an income producing property.


Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, ability to manipulate templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred.


Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to external and internal clients.
