Primary ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle and increase sales revenueCompile and maintain center of influence (COI) database and identify "Target 25" (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contactsBuild customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the worldProvide owner with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COI to encourage SERVPRO referralsComplete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for COI and discuss benefits of emergency event preparationConduct lunch-and-learns with COIPromote SERVPRO continuing education coursesMaintain Franchise web and social media sitesProvide news blogs and e-blast coordinationParticipate in professional associationsCoordinate all public relations and eventsProvide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and trackingMaintain sales materials along with office supplies Position RequirementsA minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience within the service sector or Bachelor's degree in Sales and MarketingSuperb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitudeWorking knowledge of iPad, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is requiredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law40 hours/week 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, flexible to work overtime when required
