Current Need

McKesson is seeking a Specialist, Content & Digital Marketing to join its Health Systems Marketing team in the new Las Colinas office in the Dallas, TX area.

Position Description/Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team and others to develop and design marketing materials for campaigns, events and programs to drive customer awareness, satisfaction and acquisition

  • Organize, coordinate, track and communicate project timetables, deadlines and approvals in conjunction with appropriate stakeholders and production/design team

  • Track and report performance for marketing campaigns and projects

  • Conduct market research on industry, competitors and trends to stay abreast of the current market

  • Establish and reinforce corporate brand strategies and tactics across multi-media channels such as web sites and social media, digital tools, print materials and videos

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing, communications or related experience

Critical Skills

  • Demonstrated outstanding written, verbal and presentation communications skills

  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing communications campaigns

  • Excellent organizational, execution and project management capabilities with keen attention to detail

  • Broad knowledge of web content development, digital publishing, email and social media best practices

  • Proficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlines

  • Vendor resource management experience

  • Strong ability to act independently with sound business judgment and emotional maturity

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functions

  • Demonstrated creative, innovative thinker who isn’t afraid of taking educated and calculated risks

  • People-savvy and capable of understanding and navigating complex, matrix organizations

  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred

4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
