Pay Range : $14 - $16/hr.Shift : Shift:The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting with recruiting activities within an assigned market by fulfilling administrative support tasks related to sourcing, hiring and placement of temporary workers. Handles phone traffic, pre-screening of applicants, scheduling of appointments, administering pre-employment assessments and coordinating application/new hire paperwork. Recruiting Coordinator reports directly to the Recruiting Manager and is based at a field region branch office located within the United States. For more information, please see our most recent Investor Presentation and Form 10K at www.trueblue.com ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: * Provides exceptional customer service to existing customers and our associates. * Ensures an ideal candidate experience consistent with our brand image. * Reviews job applications against selection criteria to determine suitability in the online applicant tracking system on a continuing basis. * Answers incoming calls, assists with recruiting tasks, including identification and review of qualified candidates and routes qualified candidates appropriately. * Prepares candidate assessment tools using established questions and tests. * Conducts initial screening to assess candidate suitability. * Coordinates on-boarding activities including conducting background and/or reference checks, facilitating new associate hiring paperwork, certifiying I9s, administering appropriate safety quizzes and/or orientation, utilize E-Verify to ensure associate eligibility and enter new associate data into appropriate systems. * Demonstrates understanding of the temporary staffing industry and TrueBlue s position within the industry. * Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews with Recruiters, Recruiting Manager and/or Hiring Managers. Meet and greet candidates; ensures interview process stays on track and on time. * Assists with local job fairs, advertising and related publicity of job opportunities. * Assists with the job order fulfillment process and connecting people with work. * Coordinates the posting of jobs on internal/external job boards and company websites, managing candidate information in recruiting database and job description creation. * Seeks ways to streamline processes for operational efficiency and excellence. * Contributes to the success of the team through positive, professional interaction and communication with others. * Enhances both the customer and worker experience. * Supports company values of integrity and respect through actions and commitment. * Reinforces and promotes a work culture that places emphasis on worker safety being #1. * Champion for diversity and inclusion consistent with TrueBlue s commitment and core values. * Other duties may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills and Competencies * Results Orientation * Communication and Change Management * Collaboration and Influencing * Execution and Operational Excellence KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma or GED required; preference for some college. * One to two years current recruitment support experience plus at least one year of customer service and/or sales experience. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel; knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System is preferred. * Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. * Excellent communication
