JOB REQUIREMENTS: Do you like administrative work? If you are bilingual English/ Spanish, this position may be right for you. In this position you will Facilitate the work of Catholic Charities by performing secretarial, case aide and receptionist duties. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: "Embrace the mission and vision of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and work in accordance with Catholic Social Teachings and the moral and ethical values of the Catholic Church." Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred Bi-lingual English/Spanish Experience with Word/Word Processor, Excel, Access and Internet skills, and use of office machines required, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional interpersonal skills, including listening; proficient computer and keyboarding skills; Windows and Microsoft Office skills; good organizational skills; competent accounting skills; ability to multi-task required. Must have a valid driver's license.
