Reports to the Sr. Director of Operations Training & Development and under minimal supervision performs all duties related to supporting the training department. Functions as administrator of the Learning Management System. Develops and publishes training calendar and announcements. Coordinates training schedules, requests, logistics, materials, and equipment. Acts as liaison between internal clients and external vendors, when appropriate. Provides administrative support and schedules meetings for the Director of OT&D. Provides support on budget and department's financials.

  • Work requires thorough knowledge of secretarial responsibilities, offices machines and administrative procedures at a level generally acquired through three to five years of related experience.

  • Proficient in database management systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly, to adapt to changing demands, and to deal with quick changes in technology.

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to interpret unclear customer problems and to quickly determine the problem and handle appropriately

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent customer service orientation.

  • Ability to manage multiple work priorities.
