Administrative Assistant Fort Collins, COWestern EcoSystems Technology, Inc. (WEST) is seeking a part-timetemporary administrative assistant in our Fort Collins, Colorado office towork 20 hours per week performing various office tasks which may include:receptionist duties; copying and binding documents; word processingtasks; preparing and editing spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations;distributing incoming and outgoing mail and other deliveries; maintainorganization of the workroom and conference room; make travelarrangements; perform tasks associated with meeting functions; performdata entry; taking and organizing notes from phone or in-person meetings;communication with property management and cleaning services, and takingcare of purchasing and general equipment maintenance needs.
