Works with sales department management to provide office support to field representatives. The position requires candidates to possess a strong knowledge of technology and office operations, as well as vocational training or a degree in business.
Assist and support sales and marketing initiatives for our client. This includes standard daily work and project based work. Clerical and minor technical support, recordkeeping, electronic database control, and basic market research in order to profitably grow the HAF business.
Responsible for conducting basic market research, into identified markets.
Assist in generating and revising contracts, sales presentations, newsletters, and product literature.
Assist in the retention of documents (filing and/or scanning).
Represent the department at internal meetings and documenting meeting notes / actions
Answering incoming telephone calls from customers and sales agents.
Maintain a close working relationship with Application Engineers, Customer Service Agents, in order to support growth initiatives
High school diploma
High moral and ethical standards; integrity is continuously apparent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Comfortable navigating the internet.
Strong interpersonal skills – active listener, clear and concise communicator (both oral and written); proven collaboration skills.
Extensive analytical skills.
5 – 10 years experience
Experience in customer service
College degree in Marketing or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
Experience with selling highly engineered equipment and products
Location: Fairfield , OH
