Fluke Corporation is seeking an experienced professional responsible for the daily coordination and execution of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, as well as supporting digital campaign planning/optimization and other various digital marketing activities. This person will execute the tactics and strategies of the Global Marketing Organization, as well as provide data and analysis to be used in future marketing campaigns.
This position requires deep knowledge and experience in setting up, executing, and monitoring PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing and Yahoo for effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI. Critical thinking is a necessity and regular reporting on performance/contribution to team stretch goals is required.
Create, manage, analyze, optimize and report on PPC campaigns in Google AdWords and other search platforms in order to maximize ROI and maintain consistent throughput of qualified leads, funnel and sales.
Monitor and optimize placements, keywords, bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics.
Create, monitor, and optimize PPC text and image ads to increase quality score, click-through rate, conversion rate, and sales.
Plan PPC campaign landing pages and optimize through experimentation
Assist with web purchase path optimization
Assist in larger-scale region-specific campaign localizations and launches
Determine and execute testing methodologies and reporting requirements to support paid advertising channels
Daily, weekly, and monthly internal reporting, as well as quantitative analysis using Excel, Domo, Google Analytics, and Google Webmaster Tools
Communicate, to team and management, project development, timelines, and results
Flexibility to handle other duties as required.

Professional Skills & Qualifications:
2 Years’ tactical experience in Google AdWords
Proven PPC Campaign management and bid optimization experience
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Additional qualifications (not required) a plus:
Advanced MS Excel skills a major plus
Experience managing paid search for a tech or industrial B2B company
Google AdWords Individual Qualification a major plus
Familiarity with landing page and conversion optimization
SEO experience, email marketing or other digital marketing experience a plus
HTML and CSS coding
Experience with the stages of a sales funnel and/or customer lifecycles
