We’re seeking a Planning & Go To Market Leader based in our Miami Florida Office to:

  • Accountable to develop Strategic GTM plans (4P’s) whichincludes segmentation analysis, targeted marketing strategies by segmentand product, marketing calendars and ROI driven marketing budgets.

  • Work close to General Manager of the 5 regions aroundthe Globe.

  • The position will have the responsibility execute theStrategy that results in transformational /sustainable growth.

  • Leverage the use of marketing analytics/competitiveinsights & provides commercial recommendations to acquire newcustomers segments and retain use base.

  • Responsible for providing Qualitative and Quantitativeanalysis and data to help set strategic direction, as well as to elaboratesegmentation, positioning, value proposition and use cases.

  • Capture and packaging of digital and retail commercialpolicies and practices to ensure efficiencies.

  • Leverage the direct market research, competitor analysesand customer experience strategy in collaboration with the CCO, digitaland network teams.


  • 8+ years ofexperience in the MT Business areas.

  • 4+ years ofMarketing experience showing a rack record of growing revenue / customeracquisition

Skills & Competencies required:

  • Strategic thinkingwith a Deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey with Digital andRetail experience.

  • History of takinga strong leadership role to define Strategic Go to Market plan

  • Demonstratedability of solid analytical skills to support the development of a businesscase/plan to determine financial viability

  • Strong knowledgeof commercial principles, including sales, product, pricing and promotion anddigital both within and outside the Financial Services Experience in MROIdiscipline and measurement

  • Able to havetransparent and productive relationships with peers and collaboratesuccessfully across the organization

  • Proven ability towork in a dynamic & demanding work to meet critical deadlines

  • Has anunderstanding of the company’s customer value delivery
