We’re seeking a Marketing Program Lead based in our Miami Florida Office to:

  • Developing a deepunderstanding of customer needs to develop a GTM Marketing strategy.

  • Leverage the useof marketing analytics/competitive insights & provides commercialrecommendations to acquire new customers segments and retain use base.

  • Align Marketingcommunication strategy across the regions.

  • Accountable forproviding Qualitative and Quantitative analysis and data to help set strategicdirection.

  • Capture andpackaging of digital and retail commercial policies and practices to ensureefficiencies.

  • Leverage thedirect market research, competitor analyses and customer. experience strategyin collaboration with the CCO, digital and network teams

  • Must be able totranslate raw data into meaningful insights and perform deep dive dataanalysis.

Work experience:

  • 6+ years ofMarketing experience

  • 3+ ProductMarketing experience

Skills & Competencies required:

  • Strategic andanalytical thinking

  • Knowledge of the processfor identifying customer needs to fulfill those needs.

  • Familiarity of andability to utilize the organization's marketing information systems.

  • Deep understandingof the end-to-end customer journey with Digital and Retail experience.Knowledge and experience in diverse markets.

  • Strong knowledgeof commercial principles, including sales, product, pricing and promotion anddigital both within and outside the Financial Services

  • Experience in MROIdiscipline and measurement

  • Proven able tohave transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaboratesuccessfully across the organization

  • History of workingin a dynamic & demanding work to meet critical deadlines Strong analyticalskills.
