Marketing Project Manager pay: $40-60, an hour
Marketing Project Manager Duties:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of large enterprise-wide initiative to implement member preferences tool allowing consumer to receive Pharmacy communications electronically.
Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques.
Ability to speak to all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders (including Senior Leadership and Business Stakeholders). Ensures projects are completed on time and in scope.
Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of ---Work, Business Vision Document)
Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
Ensure that all impacted areas are identified, and that appropriate resources are engaged to participate in the scope definition process
Obtain agreement on project scope, schedule, resources and time management from applicable stakeholders, and ensures that requirements sign-off is obtained and ongoing monitoring for scope-related gaps and issues.
Manage/support project scope and objectives throughout the project lifecycle, as needed (e.g., revised scope definition, scope creep)
Ensure seamless transition from project implementation to the business (e.g., operations, account management)
Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with applicable project stakeholders (e.g., project team members, team leads, internal customers, functional SMEs, business partners, leadership)
Four year college degree in Business or Marketing
Strong PowerPoint skills to develop materials to communicate the project's objective, ongoing process and final outcome
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability and passion to drive results and thrives in an ambiguous environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Superior time management and multitasking skill
