Req Id 24143 The Senior Marketing CRM Administrator will be responsible for administration and project direction of the customer relationship management platform (Microsoft Dynamics) used by the consumer Lead Generation team. This role will help maximize growth and value within the Marketing Lead Generation group through the processes, data and analytics developed with use of the CRM system and other tools. This position will closely collaborate with the contact center, lead generation team, and technical groups while focusing on translating business needs into system design and ultimately helping to drive positive marketing results. This position will also manage projects and workload as well as supervise additional team members such as a junior administrator or analyst. You will: Develop system architecture and processes to help drive successful business practice Interface with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation partner and liaison with internal IT team to facilitate technical work and assistance in testing for enhancements and upgrades Understand Marketing/Lead Generation goals and translate to practical system development Learn, understand and integrate data structure and sources related to key CRM uses Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support new programs Take on Supervisory responsibilities for other CRM Team members through work prioritization, assigning tasks, and coaching and development of the team member Drive administration and support for usability, training, documentation and processes Triage requests for system enhancements and maintain enhancement schedule and priorities. Own and execute data field, screen layouts and workflow processes and changes. Administer creation of users, assignment of security roles and ensure appropriate user access for each job role Create and provide analytics based on Microsoft CRM data and other connected data per internal requirements Assist in management of project implementation and back-end integration Administer integrated applications such as email marketing solutions, other MS Dynamics or marketing automation solutions Manage process and vendor relationships for data, fulfillment & email initiatives You will need: Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of experience in marketing, relational database, and customer relationship management Experience with business reporting in SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar a plus Experience troubleshooting and resolving user issues Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a plus Experience supervising or managing team members Knowledge of business processes, especially sales, marketing and email marketing functionalities Knowledge of MSCRM (or similar Salesforce.com SAP, etc.) data structures and functionality Strong practical experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Ability to translate requests from business users into business requirements. Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to architect database solutions. Interpersonal skills - listens to others, works well in a team environment. Able to assign tasks and oversee other team members. Excellent communication skills including written and verbal ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
