Job DescriptionAdministrative AssistantQualifications/Responsibilities:- Process construction documents such as submittals, RFI-s and potential change orders which includes:a. Entering information into corresponding logs.b. Entering into ProLog our project management software.c. Transmitting to appropriate parties.- Filing both hard copy documents as well as digital.- Uploading and maintaining FTP site documents.- Data Entry when needed.- Assist field of sending new hire paperwork to corporate office and other administrative assistance as needed such as transmitting documents.- Responsible for all office management such as ordering office supplies, calling for service and processing invoices for all office equipment and services.- Assist Project Manager with any administrative items that are needed.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Experience with Project Management Software such as ProLog strongly preferred.Location: Dublin, CAWork Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm Monday thru FridayPay Rate: 18 - 20/hr DOE Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
