Langan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator - 3+ Years of Experience for our Warrington, PA office. As the successful candidate, you will have at least 3 years of experience within the real estate development, architecture, engineering, environmental or construction industries. You will be responsible for managing the preparation of proposals and presentations (from start to finish) with input from our technical leads, researching potential business development opportunities and marketing event support for projects located primarily within the greater Bucks County region. As part of a national business development and corporate marketing team, you will work and collaborate with the firm’s employees, managers, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys, and other teaming consultants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Effectively prepare, assist with, and track proposals and statement of qualifications; requests for corporate information and certifications; and other marketing collateral from concept through completion; • Responsible for identifying, assessing market trends, and potential opportunities within emerging markets primarily in the greater Bucks County and Eastern Pennsylvania region; • Coordinate, track, and support the firm’s business development / marketing activities; • Preparation and completion of 330 standard federal, state and county agency forms; • Attend networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; and, • General marketing and business development-related administrative duties.
• Bachelor degree in related field; • Possess minimum of 3 years of related marketing and proposal experience within the real estate development, architecture, engineering, environmental or construction industry; • Business development experience preferred; • Familiar with the local area and relevant market sectors; • Demonstrated experience with supervision of proposal preparation and submittal; • Active participation in relevant local professional organizations; • Professional and positive demeanor; • Outstanding verbal, writing, and editing skills; • Ability to work independently, in a team environment, while meeting multiple simultaneous deadlines; • Critical thinking, active listening, and follow-up skills; • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities; • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables; • Ability to periodically visit branch offices; • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator; and • Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
