Develop the Latin America market for the Medtronic Diabetes Business Unit; identify and lead strategic partnerships with various stakeholders and healthcare providers to grow the IIM business in Latin America; navigate public health systems in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Chile and Brazil for product access in public institutions and product approvals by regulatory authorities; define marketing plans for simultaneous new product launch in multiple countries of Latin America, including Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico and Caribbean Islands; coordinate with local regulatory teams for defining the timeline and process for getting commercial approval from health regulatory authorities to include COFEPRIS in Mexico, INVIMA in Colombia, ANVISA in Brazil, and ANMAT in Argentina; secure approval of devices, promotional material, clinical literature and other products and materials used to educate, inform or promote products and brands with HCP and patients; define Digital Promotion handling strategy for Direct to Consumer campaigns through Social Media, Web Page and other digital means including Twitter, Facebook, livestreams, Google AdWords and YouTube video channels; coordinate efforts with Sales and Clinical teams for the development of sales training strategies and materials, marketing and clinical material for communicating insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring therapy information and relevant clinical evidences provided to health care providers and patients; implement risk sharing agreements with public and private institutions in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina; develop new markets for Insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring therapy for establishing direct sales operations in Central America and Caribbean Islands markets.Travel (50%) to Central and South American business units

Master’s degree in Business Administration and four years of marketing or sales management experience.Must possess at least four years of experience in each the following:sales and marketing experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry; developing new markets for Insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring therapy for establishing direct sales operations in Central America and Caribbean Islands markets; government market access in Latin American countries including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil for diabetic products; defining marketing plans for new product launch in Latin American countries including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil; coordinating with local regulatory teams for obtaining commercial approval from health regulatory authorities including COFEPRIS in Mexico, INVIMA in Colombia, ANVISA in Brazil and ANMAT in Argentina; defining Digital Promotion handling strategy for Direct to Consumer campaigns through social media, web page and other digital means; and coordinating efforts with Sales and Clinical teams for the development of sales training strategies and materials for diabetic therapies. Must also have fluent proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing and speaking). Required to travel (50%) to Central and South American business units
